I am writing to complain about a faulty__DEVICE/COMPUTER/ITEM __ I recently purchase from your shop, and also about your inadequate after-sales service.
On __DATE __I went into your shop to look at __DEVICE __. I decided to buy a__MODEL __ because your employee Informed me, incorrectly, it was in perfect order.
When I used the __DEVICE __ for the first time it worked properly. However, although the__DEVICE __ was suppose to be completely reliable, when I used it the second time there seemed to have been a malfunction in_ REASON__ .REASON EXAMPLE ____.
Furthemore, when I tried using it again the same thing happened. Having no other alternative I proceeded to read the instructions manual which was totally unhelpful on this point.
I phoned your store to ask for assistance early this morning, and, again at intervals, throughput the day, but I only got a recorded message. I am leaving the country, at the end of this week so I do not have much time to sort out this problem
As a regular customer of yours, I feel disappointed with the way I have been treated. So, I should be grateful if you could arrange either for a technician to come and put the fault right, or for a substitute __DEVICE __ to be delivered to me immediately.
I trust this matter will receive your inmediate attention.
