I am writing to complain about a faulty__TABLET __ I recently purchase from your online-shop, and also about your inadequate after-sales service.
On __SATURDAY 20 FEBRUARY__I accessed to your website to look at __A TABLET __. I decided to buy a__SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB E __ because it was incorrectly advertised as an excellent product.
When I used the __TABLET __ for the first time it worked properly. However, although the__TABLET __ was supposed to be completely reliable, when I used it the second time there seemed to have been a malfunction when_ BOOTING UP IT__ . THE TABLET WAS OFF AFTER PUSHING THE START BUTTON REPEATEDLY_.
Furthemore, when I tried using it again the same thing happened. Having no other alternative I proceeded to read the instructions manual which was totally unhelpful on this point.
I phoned your store to ask for assistance early this morning, and, again at intervals, throughput the day, but I only got a recorded message. I am leaving the country, at the end of this week so I do not have much time to sort out this problem
As a regular customer of yours, I feel disappointed with the way I have been treated. So, I should be grateful if you could arrange either for giving me a full refund, or for a substitute __TABLET __ to be delivered to me immediately.
I trust this matter will receive your inmediate attention.
