Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing in connection with the hotel accommodation at__ YOUR STAR FIVE HOTEL__, which I booked through your__ MAIN OFFICE__ on 3 January.
I regret to inform you that I was extremely disappointed to find that the accommodation provided for me was in a state of disrepair and __THERE WERE A BUNCH OF PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUT TO THE BEDROOM IN ORDER TO MEND IT_. When I raised this point with your representative Mr McMullan, he told me that the hotel was __WAS BEING DONE UP__ and it would took nearly two days to have the room put into a habitable condition .
When I requested a change of bedroom , Mr McMullan was offhand and unwilling to try to find a solution. In fact, he was particularly certain about this point as he claimed to__ HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE AND THAT IT WAS THE ONLY BEDROOM AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME__.
Secondly, I was particularly concerned that the hotel should be in a quiet location and close to a beach, as__ I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM TENDINITIS FOR SOME TIME AND I CANNOT GO ON FOOT FOR A LONDG DISTANCE_. Your brochure clearly stated that the hotel was situated very close to the beach and all bedrooms had a sea view . But the information given by it was completely misleading .The hotel was in fact next to a _BIG FACTORY_ and the beach was nearly six miles away.
Consequently, I was unable to enjoy at all during our stay at the hotel, while the constant noise from the___SIRENS OF THE FACTORY AND WORKERS COMMUTTING TO WORK__ made__ MY ENJOYMENT OF THE HOLIDAYS__ difficult. In fact, I was eventually forced to find alternative accommodation elsewhere at considerable expense.
I would appreciate it _if you would_look into this matter_as soon as possible with a view to refunding my money in full.
